It’s The Bomb That Will Bring Us Together

What are the linguistics of l’Amour? What constitutes the conned-sensual? Unless you’re voluble as Emily Dickinson or voluminous as Peter North, you’ve little hope for true love. Seeing as though the polity of us pitiful pissants are plying our potentials with perfunctory promises, why not employ the help of some contingency plan? After seeing the Singaporean collective PHUNK’s “Love Bomb (aka Fat Boy)” -I’m thoroughly convinced when Gene Kelly sang the lyric, ‘I’m laughing at clouds,’ he wasn’t unabashedly referring to Hiroshima, but rather to the 9th cloud, in which some circles, may be monikered Hell.

Whilst we’re musing musically, the Andrea True Connection once mellifluously queried, ‘How do you like your love.. actually?’ Do you take it dark and audacious, a lower hue, granting to a higher calling? I prefer mine akin to a quaint afternoon tea: Cut up and in bags. With Ed Gein as my educational skein, I’d been taught from an early age to adore those without functional ventricles. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I’d found being the fond swain of those with cold hearts was to be taken at face value; I soon thereafter learned that the phrase ‘face value’ wasn’t as literal as I’d once postulated. Regardless, I was happy in those halcyon days. The amatory was galvazined with the temerity of taking the plunge… and at the end of the day, isn’t that what all bombs do?

My synopsis is that regardless of your take on the misfiring synapses, love is only word ever to exist as both riddle and sentence. It fetters us, for both better and for worse, as we are the ones left rightly asking, ‘Why?’ However, if you really want to woo-your-woah!, thus ensuring thee biggest bang for your buck, buy them this if viable (as they are only limited to 100 pieces.) For the guys, this 12-inch vinyl-beauty will be adored more than the plastic one she’s stored away, and for the gals, this 12-inch vinyl-beauty will make him forget about what largesse he ain’twerkin wit. With sangfroid, HTRK sang it Freudianly best, when opining, ‘Your love is soo successful. It’s perfect. It’s Synthetik.
